Uruguay temporarily stands on top of Group A in World Cup 2010. Oscar Tabarez squad manage to defeat South Africe 3-0 in Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
With this result, Uruguay is leading the Group A standings with 4 points. The Tabarez squad is over France. Mexico and World Cup host South Africa are in last position.
It is Diego Forlan who become the star of the match. Ex-Manchester United striker manage to scores 2 goal for Uruguay victory in the 23' and 80'.
South Africa fought hard in the first 10 minutes. Siphiwe Tshabalala even gives hope to the Bafana-Bafana to scored. Unfortunately, his shot from 25 metres distance still goes over the bar.

At the Second Half, Referee gives penalty kick to Uruguay and red card to Khune after he fouled Suarez. Itumeleng Khune sent off!
Diego Forlan easily scored the penalty kick, bring Uruguay to lead 2-0 over South Africa.
Finally, Alvaro Pereira completes Uruguay victory at injury time. The FC Porto's Wing-Back finished Suarez short pass to beat Josephs, South Africa substituting goalkeeper.
3-0 victory for Uruguay.
