Ex-Kabareskrim Susno Duadji's lawyer said there is no progress in his client's case, or in other word, stalled.
"There's no progress, just stalled" said Susno Duadji's lawyer, Henry Yosodiningrat in the middle of Bundaran Hotel Indonesia demonstration.
Yet he still hopes there will be progress in pretrial litigation. "I'm still waiting to see the pretrial hearing later" he said.
When alluded to what his expectation is, Henry said what was alleged to Susno Duadji can be proven wrong. "The arrest and detention is not lawful according to my legal belief. But I do not know if there's any other factors outside it" he said.
Regarding food from outside the Detention Center for Susno Duadji, Henry said it's not allowed. "Food from outside is forbidden, regarding the possibility of danger" Henry explained.
