Hana Jessica, model from Manado take her first step in the movie industry. She will play a supporting role in
Love Runner. This will be the very first movie of Hana. In her career time in Manado, she only cast as model for music video.
Love Runner is a comedy-genre movie about a guy named Bobby who is afraid of falling in love. He's not graduated from college for 11 years, and all that long, he never had a girlfriend.
Hana will play as Nina, Bobby's little sister who attend the same college as her brother. Nina acknowledge that her brother is quite famous to the girls in college, so she wonders why her brother never had a girlfriend. She started to find a way to turn things out for Bobby.
First thing to do, is to make her brother become close with the girls. As a girl, Nina knows that girls like to become friends with a gay. So, she started to tell her friends that her brother is a gay. Seeing that Bobby never had girlfriend, the girls believed, and they started to be more friendly with him.
Bobby suddenly freaks out that so many girls are now close to him, but he keep things flow. His friends noticed something is happening and trying to find out. As they know the reason behind Bobby's "popularity" with the girls, they realize that it's a very good way to get the girls around them. Things goes crazy when Bobby's friends started to pretend as they are gay too, in order to get the attention of the girls.
Even as a supporting role, Hana shows a good quality of acting skills. She was capable to make her character noticed as the one who set the entire events in the movie. This is a very good start for Hana.
